Our landscape maintenance services include: mowing, edging, fertilization and weed control, tree trimming, shrub trimming, weeding beds and seasonal color changes as well as many other job specific duties.

Platinum Lawn Maintenance Package
(Starting at $150/month)
Tree trimming (up to 8’ high), Trimming hedges, De-weeding beds*, Mowing Lawn, Edging, Weed Eating, Clean up, Trash pick-up, monthly irrigation inspections for up to 6 zones

Gold Package
(Starting at $125/month)
Trimming hedges, De-weeding beds*, Mowing Lawn, Edging, Weed Eating, Clean up, Trash pick-up

Silver Package
(Starting at $115/month)
Mowing Lawn, Edging Grass, Weed Eating, Clean up, Trash pick-up

*For FGC to maintain weed control effectively there must be a maintained depth of 3” of mulch.

Monthly Services Agreement Customer

Upon receipt of a newly signed service agreement, Florida Ground Control will generate an invoice with the prorated amount for monthly landscape maintenance services based on the date of service agreement. Payment in full for the prorated amount, as well as one full month of service must be paid prior to any services being performed. The prorated amount will be held open on your account. The funds held open on your account will be applied to the final bill upon termination of service agreement. Monthly invoices will be generated in the first week of each month and are due within 15 days. If payment is not received by the 20th of each month, service will be stopped until the account is paid in full. Late payments will be subject to a 5% late fee. Payments not received within 45 days will be turned over to collections. Cancellation of Service Agreement must be submitted in writing, thirty days prior to cancellation of service via fax, mail or email.
